Refund policy
- Since this is a perishable item, it cannot be returned.
- To be eligible for a refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it (in case damaged), unused with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return you can mail us on hiveloops@gmail.com
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately along with photographic proof , if you have received a wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your return was approved or no. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on the original payment method.
Right for Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following circumstances :
- In the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us;
- Failure to deliver your Order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery; or
- Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the Order.
